Shipping

Ground Shipping: $5 flat rate. All orders are shipped via USPS ground, by priority mail. Please allow 2-3 business days for each order to be processed and then shipped. Depending on order volumes, most orders are shipped next day. If you have any other questions regarding our shipping policies, please send to myredtag49@gmail.com .  

Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday, provided it is not a major holiday. 


How can I check the status of my order?

What happens if my order arrives damaged.

When your order arrives, please inspect for any damages that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping packaging to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately via email at myredtag49@gmail.com Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To ensure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged item(s). We reserve the right to obtain proof of the damaged item(s).
